      • Centralizes all maintenance documentation modification requests (=superseeds the legacy Lotus "DMD" workflow)
      • Integrated maintenance documentation validation workflow (=superseeds the legacy Lotus "Validation" workflow) 


    • Shared visibility on status of all requests and all maintenance documentation projects:
      • Status of all change requests (submitted/waiting for information/validated/rejected/qualified)
      • Progress status of an associated revision and the DMDs that are being incorporated
      • Email notification to inform involved persons about status changes
