• The Techpubs Project Leader reviews the comments and provides for each of them a response using the TPL Status and TPL Comment boxes:
      • (): the comment is Accepted and will be integrated into the revised draft
      • (): the comment is Rejected for the reason provided in the TPL Comment box


    • The Approver is notified by email of the rejected comment, and must respond through the TPL Answer Acceptance box:
      • (): the comment rejection reason provided by the Techpubs Leader is Accepted by the Approver
      • (): the comment rejection reason provided by the Techpubs Leader is Rejected by the Approver


    • After completion of the internal review all comments remain visible along with their acceptance status, for traceability purpose
