If the current draft was Rejected by the Approver and the validated comments cannot be incorporated without making a New Draft and a full new Internal Review cycle then:
the Techpubs Leader cancels the current draft ; the Approver and the Reviewers are notified of the cancellation
the Techpubs Leader launches a New Draft
The Techpubs Leader initiates a new Internal Validation cycle on the New Draft, in accordance with the scope of changes that were made from the rejected draft
If the current Draft was Rejected by the Approver and the validated comments can be integrated into the current draft then
the Techpubs Leader modifies the current draft to incorporate the validated comments, and uploads the Modified Draft here upon completion
the Approver and the Reviewers are notified of the availability of the Modified Draft
a new internal approval review cycle is launched
If the current draft was Accepted then there is no Modified draft and the internal approval is completed
