• If the current draft was Rejected and the validated comments cannot be incorporated without making a New Draft and a full new Internal Review cycle then:
      • the Techpubs Leader cancels the current draft ; the Reviewers are notified of the cancellation
      • the Techpubs Leader launches a New Draft
      • The Techpubs Leader initiates a new Internal Validation cycle on the New Draft, in accordance with the scope of changes that were made from the rejected draft


    • If the current Draft was Accepted with comments then:
      • the Techpubs Leader modifies the current draft to incorporate the validated comments, and uploads the Modified Draft here upon completion
      • the Reviewers are notified of the availability of the Modified Draft but no action is required from them


    • If the current draft was accepted without comments or if none of the submitted comments was validated after convergence between the Techpubs Project Leader and the Reviewers then there is no Modified Draft
