• A Request For Quote is a subcontracting process with an external supplier


    • The process is initiated by the Techpubs Project Leader in TPLM, and once the RFQ is submitted TPLM sends an RFQ email to the supplier


    • The subsequent interactions with the internal supplier are managed by email completion of the external subcontracting project ; the Techpubs Project Leader re-incorporates the data manually into TPLM for record & tracking purpose
