DED = Document Evolution Request (refer to procedure ZS-P-1246):
Modification requested to incorporate a design change (at top level or within the equipment), or a change of process (test or assembly/disassembly), or a change of the level of maintenance the Document
The revised source data and/or the new level or maintenance must have been duly approved upstream and the proof of approval must be attached to this request
An attachment is mandatory, which typically should be the official proof of evolution of the considered equipment
