• The exchanges between the Techpubs Project Leader and the Customer(s) are done exclusively through their respective specific external processes so it is the Techpubs Project Leader who must record in TPLM the response received from the Customer(s)

    • Upon receipt of a Customer response the Techpubs Project Leader must record in the dedicated tab:
      • the Customer response date ()
      • the Customer acceptance status ()
      • a copy of the Customer response ()

    • The Customer acceptance status maybe:
      • Draft validated: the Customer accepts the draft with no comment
      • Draft validated with comments: the Customer has submitted comments and does not require to review the revised draft
      • Draft rejected: the Customer has submitted comments and requires to review the revised draft

    • The Techpubs Project Leader reviews all the Customer comments jointly with the relevant internal functions as necessary, and records them along with the result of their internal adjudication as follows:
      • add a new row with the button ()

      • fill out the PDF Page box ()
      • fill out the Comment box ()
      • (if any) upload the Attachment () submitted by the Customer
      • select the TPL Status () if the internal adjudication concluded that the Customer comment is Accepted and will be integrated into the revised draft ()
      • or select the TPL Status () if the internal adjudication concluded that the Customer comment is Rejected ; in this case the reason must be recorded in the TPL Comment box ()
      • (if needed) fill out the TPL comment ()
      • (if needed) upload an Attachment ()
      • click the submittal button () at the beginning of the row to close it ()
      • repeat the above steps for each additional Customer comment

    • Once the comments have been processed on a Customer tab the Techpubs Project Leader must proceed with the next step:
      • (): if the External Review is completed with no outstanding comments from any of the concerned Customer(s)
      • (): if the External Review is completed with validated comments ; in this case a new draft must be launched to incorporate the comments
      • (): if one or more of the comments submitted by the Customer(s) cannot be accepted and the external review continues until full convergence is achieved:
        • a new review tab is created under the concerned Customer(s) tab(s)
        • the Techpubs Project Leader sends a response to the concerned Customer(s) to reject the outstanding comments
        • the Techpubs Project Leader records in the new review tab(s) all the exchanged messages, dates, comments, and status

    • If a new external review iteration is required then:
      • The Techpubs Project Leader sends a response to the concerned Customer(s) and  records in TPLM the following information, under the corresponding Customer tab:
        • a copy of the submittal message
        • the date of submittal
        • the requested return date

      • And the External Review cycle restarts from the beginning
