The Techpubs Project Leader prepares the internal validation cycle in accordance with the scope of the new Revision:
applicability of an Internal validation (Yes / No)
applicability of a Shop verification (Yes / No)
impact of the Revision (Partial modification / Entire document)
requested completion (according to the content and priority of the Revision)
In the case of a Partial modification the impacted chapters are identified unitarily in the Chapter selection list
The Mandatory Validating Functions that must be involved in the validation of the selected chapters are pre-defined by the OEM Validation Matrix (see OEM Validation Matrix)
The matrix related to the OEM of the considered Revision can be displayed by clicking the See the validators matrix button
At least one Reviewer is required in each Mandatory Validating Functions that is pre-selected
The Techpubs Project Leader may also include Additional reviewer(s) if required for the considered Revision
