The roles & responsibilities of each of the internal functions relating to the validation and approval of Revisions are defined for each business unit in two differents specific OEM Validation Matrix:
For each section or content of the Revision one or more function(s) is defined as Mandatory Validating Function, who must be involved in its validation, and one or more function(s) is defined as Mandatory Approving Function, who must be involved in its approval
The list of authorized Reviewers and Approvers are administered in TPLM for each function defined in each OEM Validation Matrix
