• There are three types of document modification requests:
      • DMD = Document Correction Request (see DMD)
      • DED = Document Evolution Request (see DED)
      • DCD = Document Creation Request


    • Only the Techpubs Project Leader can create a DCD because it does not rely upon an existing Document and specifying accurately a new Document requires a preliminary analysis at Techpubs department level


    • Any connected user can submit a DMD or DED request:
      • New request >> Request for modification
      • Select DMD or DED according to the applicable context and fill-out the form


    • After validation by the Techpubs Project Leader the DMD/DED/DCD becomes an available change or creation trigger that can be integrated into a Revision project (see Revision)


    • Only the Techpubs Project Leader and his delegates can validate a DMD/DED/DCD (see Delegation)
